At Raptor Building Supplies, we aim to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and in line with the expectations of both trade and domestic customers.

Delivery Options & Costs

We offer the following standard delivery options:

  • Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £150
  • £9.99 Standard Delivery on orders under £150

Delivery charges (where applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes

Our standard delivery target is:

  • Within 48 hours for most mainland UK orders

However, this timeframe applies to working days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Important Delivery Notice

While we aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours, this is not a guaranteed service.

Due to factors outside of our control, delivery may take:

  • Up to 3–5 working days

This can include, but is not limited to:

  • High order volumes
  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Supply chain or stock availability issues
  • Delivery location constraints

We will always make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 working day
  • Orders placed after cut-off times, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed the next working day

Delivery Areas

We deliver across the UK. Some areas may be subject to extended delivery times, including:

  • Scottish Highlands
  • Northern Ireland
  • Offshore islands
  • Remote or rural locations

Additional charges or longer lead times may apply for these areas.

Failed Deliveries

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Delivery details are accurate
  • Someone is available to receive the goods where required

If a delivery attempt fails:

  • Re-delivery charges may apply
  • Additional handling or storage fees may be incurred

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If any items are:

  • Damaged
  • Missing
  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Split Deliveries

Where necessary, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on stock availability and product type. You will not be charged additional delivery fees for split shipments.
